ABOUT
SAMANTHA NEWTON
Samantha is a Christian mother and artist constantly trying to realign herself to God. While creating work that pulls its viewers to God in a compelling way is very important to her, her primary goal is to connect with Him and be changed personally through the process. Creating has also served as a very real form of therapy for her during challenges of mental health, financial burdens, moving family and home often, and more.

When asked what inspires her, Samantha says “Everything. The good. The hard. All things denote there is a God. Every experience I have teaches me and informs my art, as long as I allow it to.”

FAITH STATEMENT:

Samantha developed the following statement of faith
as a guide for her professional artistic and written work.

We believe in God the Father, His Son – Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His birth to the virgin Mary, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His glorious return in power.

We believe the Bible to be God’s word as far as it is translated correctly.

We believe that all people on earth are God’s children, He loves us all, continues to speak to us, and desires each of us to choose to return to Him.

We believe in aspiring to also obtain those Christlike attributes: faith, love, patience, hope, honesty, charity, virtue, and humility.

We believe that all people sin and are lost without the continuous application of the Atoning power of Christ and cleansing of the Holy Spirit in their lives.

We believe God continues to provide each of us individualized and ample opportunities to grow, heal, learn, and follow Him.

We believe in the gift of personal revelation, vision, healing, and so forth.

We believe all people on earth will be resurrected, judged according to their own deeds, and given a suitable eternal home according to a merciful, and just judgement.

We believe all people may worship God as they choose, and that we ought to give respect to differing beliefs and practices.

We believe in uniting as Christians to seek after anything virtuous and Godly to defend and support one another in returning to our heavenly home with God.
