FRAMING

I highly encourage you frame all your prints and originals.  This elevates the work and it's display in your home, and helps to protect your fresh artwork from wear and dust.  Although I do not offer print framing anymore, you may be lucky enough to land a framed 'Tangible Light' HERE before the stock runs out.  

When selecting a frame, keep in mind the style of work, as well as your home. It is a good idea to take your print or original with you to the framer to make your selection.  

When framing prints, DON’T FORGET THE MAT!  Matting your print will help create a greater feature piece in your home, and take up more space on your wall.

RETURNS

Every order and sale is handled with care and as much clarity as possible.  I do my best to make you happy with your purchase!  Generally returns and exchanges are not accepted, although please reach out with problems and I'll try to accommodate your needs.  Please email samnewtonstudio@gmail.com

All discounted pieces are final sale. I am unable to accept items that are purchased on sale for return or exchange. 

 

WHO ACTUALLY OWNS THE PAINTING?

Samantha Newton retains all rights to artwork on this site. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create.  As the collector or buyer you have the right to display the artwork, but may NOT resell or reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from Samantha Newton.  If artwork is in photos that are shared on social media, magazine, or elsewhere I only ask for credit.
